I just got this game, and I was able to play it at first, but now whenever I try to open the app it just crashes. I have verified files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but nothing works. Is their a fix to this?

I love how the game looks, But when i get close to a monkey to capture it the game crashes. Also, I can't seem to go into the Options menu in the main menu.*Before I posted this comment i decided to play with the oculus program running*I have a first gen Rift connected to my PC and when Ape Escape would launch the Oculus program would as well. I would close the Oculus program because i don't want to play in VR and that is what I think causes the game to crash upon coming in contact with a monkey. Game is running smooth with it open.
