When you host a MetroVoice cohort, we come to you.

  • Trained facilitator — Our Community Life Coach leads every session

  • Full curriculum — All 6 units of Youth Frameworks for Success, plus workbooks, reflection journals, and goal trackers

  • Mentor network — We recruit, screen, and match community mentors to your cohort

  • Family engagement — Family workshops and caregiver conversation guides included

  • Showcase event — Students present their Winning Life Game Plan publicly at semester end

  • Impact documentation — Grant-ready reports, co-branded certificates, and student outcome data

Program Options

Afterschool Leadership Lab The flagship partnership model. Year-round, weekly 60–90 minute sessions, two semesters per year.

  • Host schools receive the program at no cost

  • Nonprofits and CBOs: contact us for pricing

  • Cohort sponsorship: from $1,500

  • Cohorts of 10–15 students | Baltimore & DMV

Summer Leadership Lab An intensive summer option for community organizations, camps, and summer programs.

  • 6–8 weeks | 16 sessions | twice-weekly

  • Ages 7–24 | $100/student (scholarships available)

  • Sponsor a seat: $100

Online Organization License License the full MetroVoice curriculum for up to 50 students, with your own facilitator dashboard, student progress tracking, and co-branded materials.

  • $249/month or $2,499/year

  • Includes dedicated onboarding, training, and quarterly account review

  • $500 — Cohort Builder (full cohort materials, facilitation, mentors)

Volunteer groups are welcome for showcase events, career panels, and community days.
