MetroVoice
Privacy Policy
Last updated 4 August 2026
MetroVoice collects only what we need to respond to you and run our programs. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have over it.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly through the forms on this site:
- Contact details โ name, email address, and phone number.
- Context about your inquiry โ organization, role, availability, geographic area, professional background, and anything you write in a message field.
- How you found us โ the referral source you select.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Information about young people
We do not collect detailed personal information about minors through the public forms on this site. A parent, guardian, or referring adult provides contact details, and any further information needed for enrollment is gathered separately, directly with the family, through a secured process.
If you believe a young person has submitted personal information through this site, contact us at info@metrovoice.com and we will remove it.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up about programs, partnership, mentoring, or giving.
- To administer the program a participant has enrolled in.
- To understand, in aggregate, which programs and outreach are reaching people.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that operate this site and our programs, and only so they can perform that work:
- Supabase โ stores form submissions.
- Resend โ delivers notification email to MetroVoice staff.
- Clerk โ handles account sign-in where an account is required.
- Stripe and Zeffy โ process payments and donations. Payment card details go directly to them and are never stored by MetroVoice.
- Vercel โ hosts this website.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where necessary to protect the safety of a young person.
How long we keep it
Inquiry submissions are retained while the inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up. Participant records are retained as long as needed to run the program and meet any grant or reporting obligation. [CONFIRM: exact retention periods.]
Your choices
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you.
Email info@metrovoice.com for any of these and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to those who need it.
